Middle East Christian Outreach (MECO),
formed by the merger in 1959 of the Lebanon Evangelical Mission (founded 1860 as the British Syrian Schools Association); the Arabic Literature Mission (formerly Nile Mission Press), and the Middle East General Mission (founded as the Egypt Mission Band)

MECO became part of the SIM in 2016.
